Friendly and efficient

Good response and friendly when I called. It was busy when we arrived but as I had an appointment booked, we had a salesman available for us very quickly. He was efficient, knowledgeable and we got the few small issues fixed quickly before we bought the car. The purchasing part was long / they could do with more staff on this department. But all in all a good experience.
