Collected car excellent handover, about 2 weeks later noticed air con needed recharge no problem Motorite sorted. Then noticed noise needed front discs and pads sorted at a discounted cost of £100 second week in November not covered by Warranty. Month later noticed unusual noise from engine Clutch issue was sent to a garage and they diagnosed fault, I had to chase Motorite as did not hear anything. They then stated the insurance company wanted further investigations so took it to another garage as advised, as I was concerned warranty was about to expire. The car had the thrust bearing sorted, the work was done without my consent. I needed the car for work and was told unless I payed over £400 they would not release the car (I was never offered hire car or anything) I had to use public transport. Stating that they needed clearance from Insurance then they would riemburse me so I was without a car for 4 days. In the meantime, I phoned RAC Insurance and it was cleared within 10 minutes after they came back to me,stating they had spoken to Motorite (this was the Friday just before 5PM all approved purchase order number given). My wife went to pick up car on the Saturday it still took over an hour and a half to collect and the staff on at the time were extremely abrupt and unpleasent! They stated they had not recieved anything from RAC . Communication was the issue here and my experience was not a pleasant one (It upset my wife, the way she was dealt with).
