Shocking experience
They must have all been out today! Went to Mercedes Leicester to test drive an EQE - appointment booked for 10.30 finally seen (if you call it that!) at 11.05 and given keys to a car at 11.10 40 minutes late. We had to find the car ourselves and work out how to drive it, no walk through of controls & no instructions and to top it all the vehicle was dirty inside! We’ve always driven Mercedes cars and would be our choice every time….. but ….. the lack of customer service, engagement and lack of any type of customer experience has helped us make a decision and we have chosen an alternative brand. We have test driven 7 quality brand vehicles in the last 2 weeks and without question we received the worst customer service from Mercedes Leicester. Go elsewhere as there are many luxury brands out there that still provide exceptional customer service and aren’t so arrogant to think you don’t have other choices
