Lack of experienced technicians

I have insider information Hedin automotive is employing NONE Mercedes trained technicians on a monthly contract. Anyone with experience in the motor trade can apply. The quality of work is very poor you have technicians with NO Mercedes Benz experience working on your vehicle. The new management only want volume in profit and not quality of customer service. Mercedes Benz Croydon has removed experienced Technicians. I would not trust them.
