Stay well away

Just don’t ever bother, stay well away! Was after a car so asked to view an Audi TT.. finally found the place in some backstreet in basford, after driving the car I asked to buy it they said they can’t as it needs repairs etc doing to it, (why advertise a car for sale online thats not even ready for sale and needs work done??) 2 or 3 weeks later it was ready having passed an MOT I expected the car to be fully road worthy and unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Timing belt was almost due and brake fluid was reading a terrible number on the meter as it was still the original but they didn’t want to do it, Was never informed the car had modified lowered suspension either which was making the shocker top mounts come loose every so often which I had to get tightened up at garages costing me further unnecessary time money and fuel, not to mention leaving only 2 miles worth of petrol in the tank car was spluttering when I got to petrol station, they also said they would sort the crack in the windscreen however after leaving the car with them for a while it didn’t even look repaired and only 2000 miles later clutch and master cylinder went on me cost a grand to fix, front tyres were on 2mm tread other on 3mm, which should’ve come up on the MOT but didn’t which is really sus.. took a lot of running about to get them to replace one tyre and with that an old mismatched budget tyre which had previous puncture repair and wasn’t same tread so had problems with steering pulling to the left this doesn’t include a slow puncture on the rear left tyre which they was told but also did nothing to fix it. Before they give the car to you they like to tart it up doing the wheels, t cutting major scratches to make it look pristine when you collect which the marks will soon show when the car gets dirty, don’t ever let them respray your wheels they do a bodged up job.. quick cheap job paint peeling off after few months with stone chips and aren’t even powder coated just a quick thin spray to make it look pretty before it leaves dealership, unplugged my dash cam every time the car went in for work which is sus. don’t fall for it. Just a total lack of customer care, no professionalism at all. Please please avoid, save yourself the hassle and go to a proper main dealer or buy new.
