went to view a car,dealer gave me the keys and left me to it,no hard sell ,no pressure. had a test drive and agreed a trade in price for my car.After buying the car from IAN,i realised the battery was not up to scratch,phoned him and returned the car he tested battery bought me a brand new one and fitted it himself.have to say top guy top service,thanks IAN.
