1-Star Review: Deceitful Tactics & High

I've been a loyal customer of Cars2 Hyundai Barnsley for years, but my recent experience has been absolutely appalling. Their sales team uses deceitful tactics and aggressive pressure selling that is completely unacceptable. I went in for a vehicle valuation, and they severely undervalued my car. The sales manager then BLATANTLY LIED to my face, claiming they'd spoken to another dealership who would offer the exact same low price, despite me showing them a higher online valuation. Naively, I trusted them and was pressured into putting a deposit on a new car. Out of curiosity, I visited the other dealership anyway – and guess what? They offered significantly MORE than my online valuation! This confirmed the outright lie from Cars2 Hyundai. When I challenged them, it led to a huge dispute. To make matters worse, I discovered Cars2 Hyundai Barnsley is NOT a member of The Motor Ombudsman, which means limited protection for customers against these cowboy tactics. This so-called "family business" is built on lies and manipulation. I would NEVER, EVER buy from them again and urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and avoid Cars2 Hyundai Barnsley at all costs.
