Poor service all the way

This garage is my closet Mercedes dealership and l always drive German cars. I would avoid this dealership at all costs from buying to the repairs garage as they are simply unprofessional and the most unhelpful dealership. All they want to do is triple charge and provide no customer service. Picked up a car today from the garage which was not safe to drive but they have no duty or responsibility to provide any level of service.
