Not happy

Terrible, i was sold a car which didn't suit my driving style. Important infomation which i needed to make an informed decision was left out. I thought the days of arthur daley conmen died out years ago, i trusted the salesman - big mistake!. I knew nothing about the dreaded DPF fitted on diesel cars, very expensive mistake. The engine managememt light came on and they wanted hundreds of pounds to clear the filter. The aftersales was awful they never answered a question directly, It was like talking to a politician - a lot of noise and hot air without actually saying anything important. The place is a joke!. Steer clear of this place, there are many other auto businesses to choose from. I traded my car with vauxhall in the end with a loss of thousands of pounds, what a difference in their customer service - very professional, very helpful
