I was on holiday in Sussex, driving a new electric car when, although able to drive, I lost satnav, media, climate, phone etc. This was very unnerving. I contacted Snows, and spoke with James. He was able to reassure me that the driving would not be a problem, but recognised that I was a long way from home and my dealership. Despite being very busy just prior to the Bank Holiday, he booked me in to have a look. I did promise to contact him if anything changed. As it happens, when I started the car the next morning, all was restored, so I contacted to thank James for his help and to cancel the booking. The service was outstanding, and I was very grateful. Thank you.
