Rubbish service

Have a Puma thro motorbility. It's well overdue the 12 month service. As they haven't bothered to recall the car I've now tried several times to contact to book it in. No joy. They don't bother answering phone or voice mail messages. 2 days ago I had a letter asking me to contact them due to all Puma fuel pipes being found faulty. So far I've left 7 voice mails. Totally ignorant. 👎
