Don't know what they're selling

I've been sold a car with 2 faults and a warranty that's useless to me. I've been repeatedly told incorrect information about the car and the warranty. I've been fobbed off repeatedly for weeks - aftersales service is non existent. When submitting a complaint about this, I was told it was all my fault. No empathy, no liability, may as well save some money and buy from a thief.
