Appalling customer service

Car was serviced and within days a red warning light came on. Handbook says don't drive the car. No appointment for 16 days, then left me sitting in the showroom for 6 hours with no I fo or update. They then tell me the warning was caused by them not connecting the sensors properly during the work they did, so nothing wrong with the car. Then they said they would not charge me for the work today to "fix" the fault! Incompetant and terrible customer service all round
