Place is a joke

My wife has a 4 year old Dacia Sandero and when it was 2 years old there was a problem changing from 2nd to 3rd gear (usually cable problem). We had to wait over 2 weeks before the car went in for repair It was returned with the comment”it’s the cables, we have ordered them. We will tell you when they arrive.” Week later parts arrived but we then had to wait 2 more weeks for the repair to be carried out Well the problem reoccurred 2 years later and my wife duly visited Stoneacres only to be tolld that it will be a two week wait until they can even look at the car They were very quick to offer to rent my wife a replacement car for the next 5 or so weeks, just shows what a shower they are
