Advertised an 8 year old vehicle below market value stating it had full service history (with knowledge that they didn’t). Then took a deposit for said vehicle with the promise that they’d provide full service history before collection. After three weeks of being chased regularly, they finally decided to come clean on only having 25% of the full service history (2/8). They were clearly out to prey on an inexperienced purchaser, disingenuous and amateur salesmen who also need a better understanding of the Consumer Rights Act at best.
