Poor aftercare

I bought a Mini from West Way in August. I have had issues with the car, I took it too a local garage and they have found numerous faults. I have contacted the dealership but they are only willing to help if I will take the car back to then which is on the complete other side of the country to me. based on that I wouldn't recommend them.
