Went out of there way as we wasn't able to charge the EV. Came out straight away and managed to show us what the problem was ( It was our fault). Now on charge but hasn't been driven yet. Customer service has been second to none. Giving 5* for customer service. Hopefully I can give the car 5 * but 3 * until I can use it but looks good Thank You.
