I'd rate my recent experience full marks, so 5 out of 5. Paul in sales was exactly what you want from a salesperson. He was friendly without being over the top, knowledgeable, and really helpful with a few queries I had (like the tow bar). It was well worth the hour-long drive to view the car initially, and again a few weeks later to collect it.
