Terrible Workman ship

Went to the dealership and a great experience with the service advisor, workman ship was terrible oil drops all over my engine bay! Screen wash was empty is this what you get paying over £500 for a Service on RS6 literally would have got a better quality of Service done by Joe blogs for half the price! Went to speak to someone but no one would talk to me! The service manager Alistair is a complete waste of time how have Vindis got this useless person in charge! Christ get HENDY to take over and get this guy out shocking! no wonder everyone says stay away from Northampton Audi I’ll be taking my business else where id rather drive all the way to Huntingdon! Avoid Northampton Audi and the dope service manager they have!
