Scammed out of £10k - Were you?

On September 30th, 2023, I purchased a White Audi A4 Avant. Within 3 days of ownership, I was back at A40 Motors trying to get a refund. They refused, came up with every excuse for why they couldn't give me my money back, and then promised to fix the car. This never happened. I have an open court case pending against Bashar Hammoudi. It's been almost 2 years, and the law is yet to get involved. As of the 14th of May 2025, this is now a criminal case as the police have finally accepted that my car has been stolen. I'm not going to go into too much detail, but I took a visit to A40 Motors today. The dealership is gone, the local community hasn't seen him for weeks, and there's no sign of any of the cars that were in there originally. I found his 'virtual office' location and the car chop shop that is on the same block. The owner knows him quite well, but he couldn't find him either. Sadly, it looks like my car and my money are gone. As I have an active court case and a criminal investigation now looking into Bashar and his gang of merry men, I am looking to get in contact with other victims of these crooks.
