Terrible if you've an issue

They advertise easy and no faff unless, of course, you have an issue with the vehicle you bought from them... Then you're on your own and their complaints process is hugely inadequate so don't expect a response with any substance. I still have the engine management light on from the day I collected it, 26th April 2025, despite assurances from the Manager and service Manager in the Corby branch that a mobile mechanic would be out to repair and they emailed the part required on the day. Now I have no response, no part, they claim no order and that's on top of damage that was covered by dirt (Yes, very grubby and dirty car on collection) and undeclared on the sheet. It's amazing how terrible this companies customer service has gotten since I bought my first car from them 2 years ago. Next step is reporting to Trading Standards, Motor Ombudsman and the finance company. To add insult to injury they haven't cleared the finance agreement on my last car so I'm paying for a car I don't have... Absolutely disgusting service.
