Let down

After 45 years and 8 Volvo cars very disappointed with the response 5months after buying a used car. Admitted it wasn't new by any means but being of an age (80) didn't want to spend a lot on a new car. I have had a catalogue of problems occur despite it supposedly having 12 month's warranty none of them were covered!!! It has become obvious that loyalty to this garage means nothing nowadays. We were treated in a patronising and derogatory manner and told it was after all a used car and driver error After only 2500 miles since buying.!!!!!....lesson learned will never give them our custom again and will use another dealer . In the past this has been a premier garage noted for its customer service......not anymore!!
