My Partner and I purchased a fiat 500 from the company last week, and when we initially agreed a deal we were promised a 'Diamondbrite' car protection product to be included as part of the deal. However when we have collected the car the Business Manager for the dealership at that time has claimed we had somehow agreed to not having the product in the deal. The manager was incredibly unhelpful and to all intents and purposes called us liars, he was dismissive and since trying to resolve the issue we have experienced the same level of service from other members of staff at the dealership. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable however the whole experience was terrible, and I would urge others to go elsewhere for their cars. Truly Terrible
