**Warning*** ** Warming** **Warning** Be extremely cautious when dealing with this company. I’m sure they have provided an adequate service in the past to others. However regarding my purchasing of a vehicle from them has been nothing but disappointing. I brought a 2014 Mercedes from them on the 29th of April 2025, on the 6th of May 2025. It broke down and all the electric stopped working unexpectedly. The RAC was not able to diagnose the issue except from them to report that the car was not turning over and the key was not responding. My wife and I are trying to return the vehicle, however TVS are refusing to collect the vehicle even though is there legal responsibility to do so under the consumer rights act 2015 (Your Legal Obligation to Collect or Pay for Vehicle Recovery Under Section 20(7) and 20(8) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the law clearly states: Section 20(7): “If the consumer is required to return rejected goods, but it would be disproportionate for the consumer to do so, the trader must make the goods available for collection at the trader’s expense.” Section 20(8): “The trader bears the reasonable costs of return.” The vehicle is non-operational, located over 400 miles away in Clacton-on-Sea (CO15), and was rejected well within the 30-day period following collection on 29 April 2025. Therefore, it is legally disproportionate to expect us to return it at our own cost. We formally request that your dealership either: Arrange collection of the vehicle, or Reimburse us for the full cost of recovery from the following address:) As of yesterday (14/05/2025) when the finance broker contact the garage to advise them verbally to collect the vehicle, they were told that the owner is not on site, neither is he ever on site and he is only communicated with by email. This is not an anonymous review, you know who am and for somebody who told me they’ve sold nearly 30 cars in the last month you’re doing well to have achieved that by not ever be in the office not even once (except when you were there to sell me the car, obviously). Dealerships like this to give the rest of the industry a bad name by using pirate tactics to get what they want and not fulfil their legal responsibility. You should be ashamed of yourself and the company you’ve created.
