If I could give zero stars, I would.
I was sold a vehicle under materially false representations—specifically, that it had no mechanical faults and only one previous owner. Within two weeks, the car began leaking water into the footwell during rain, and shortly thereafter, a significant engine fault appeared on the dashboard. The process of arranging for the vehicle to be collected and securing a courtesy car was unnecessarily prolonged. Once provided, I remained in possession of the courtesy vehicle for 11 months, during which time I never received my original car back. Despite multiple formal requests for a refund, the dealership refused, citing their right to attempt repairs. After nearly a year, I was informed the vehicle had been repaired and was due to be returned—only to be told shortly afterward that a new issue had arisen. I later learned, via a different staff member, that the car had in fact broken down en route to me—something the dealership failed to disclose. Of further concern is the handling of my personal property. I had left several belongings in the car, anticipating its return within the promised timeframe. When it became clear that would not occur, I arranged for a third party to collect my items. I was later informed that a highly sentimental item—a handmade protest canvas supporting Palestine—had been “disposed of” without prior notice or consent. This item was large, clearly identifiable, and the only one missing, raising serious concerns regarding the motivation behind its removal. Throughout this process, I encountered unprofessional and misleading conduct, particularly from Abdul Karim, the individual who sold me the vehicle. His handling of this situation has been deeply problematic and raises serious questions about the dealership’s internal practices. This experience has caused significant inconvenience, distress, and financial impact. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution against doing business with this dealership or with Abdul Karim individually. I am currently considering further action through appropriate legal and consumer protection channels.
