Don’t bother trying to buy a car from this branch is you’re a woman! Absolutely horrendous experience. Original salesman couldn’t be bothered with me so passed me over to a young man with very little experience. He discussed insurance options and said along the lines that all woman should take out the alloy wheel protection as they can’t park. He then followed up our visit by calling my husband and asking his thoughts on the car. My husband replied that he should be contacting the person who was actually buying the car. Never heard from him. I was hoping to purchase a brand new T-Roc but if I do it will not be from the Crawley branch!!!! I did email directly before posting this review to give the branch the opportunity to speak with me but no response from management.
