Bought second hand car here...3 months clutch pedal went and no garage i rang would fo work woth warranty supplied. After 4 days pratts finally agreed to fix it. Picked car up...roof full of scratches and car filthy...buffed it out and gave a half hearted wash... checked car again and large scratch on passenger door!!! Tried making out i had done it since i had bought it ! After heated exchange they tried to buff it but no chance...agreed through gritted teeth to pay for damage...quote was 75-300 pounds depending on amount of work. Sentbthem quote as requested then told me they wont pay more than 75 for damage caused by THEM! This place is a disgrace so stay away unless you want fobbing off if you experience problems once you drive out of showroom...disgrace of a company
