Audi Q5 YP71 Avoid, very disappointed.

I wasn’t going to leave a negative review considering what we have been through with this company, I was just going to leave it at that. However, after seeing that they picked up my faulty car and the SAME DAY have listed it back on their website just shows everything to me and how dishonest they are. Purchased an Audi Q5, which soon found out has a major issue. They booked it into their Audi Specialist and confirmed to me that specialist tests and mechanical works were being carried out. Requested invoices of the works that had been carried out on the car, which were sent and stated that all the above works were not carried out – also rang the specialist garage who confirmed this. S James then told us it was a common fault with Q5’s, have spoke to mechanics I know and Audi Garages who have sold many Q5’s and haven’t had the issue and is not a common issue. Can't fault them in how quick my deposit money came back to me, however car should have been properly tested in the first place before sending back to me and even before being on the forecourt. Please be wary when buying a car from them and if any issues, save your time and effort and request for a refund there and then. The car in question is still listed on their website, Black Q5 REG YP71.
