Awful, stay away!

I bought a car which had a fault but they said it was only the tracking. I asked multiple times before purchasing the car if it had been thoroughly inspected and they said yes and assured me it was just the tracking. As soon as I drove home, I discovered multiple faults with the car so I phoned and they refused any responsibility for the repairs and said they don't offer refunds. I sent an official letter stating my legal consumer rights and they still refused to refund me. I next requested a copy of the inspection report to forward to my legal representative and strangely enough at that point, they offered me a full refund! If I could give zero stars I would.
