Lack of customer care
Customer care ZERO Test drove the car we were interested in and left a deposit and was told to collect it on Friday. On Friday the balance was paid and we went to the car only to find that the windscreen had been damaged whilst in their care. We pointed it out the employee who advised us to return Monday morning to see the manager. The reception was atrocious, unpleasant and aggressive making me feel very uncomfortable, insinuating I was lying. Even though her employee was there and witnessed the damage. A total refund was eventually offered which we are considering. However, if they had just accepted responsibility for the minor repair all this aggression could have been avoided. WE CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE
