A 5 ⭐ customer experience at Peter Scott is assured when you purchase a car from this family run business. We recently arrived unannounced to view a stunning V60 my eldest son had his eye on. We were all warmly welcomed and offered hot and/or cold drinks in their modern & comfortable office, whilst the car was prepared for a test drive. My other son flicked through the large wall-mounted touchscreen viewing the particulars of the car his brother was interested in purchasing. Surrounded by the numerous awards on show that ‘Peter Scott’ has won for its outstanding customer service, we felt reassured in the buying experience. Staff are honest & genuine. Peter was very knowledgable about the car particulars. All three generations of our family were treated with a warm welcome. Rob responded to all messages sent promptly and professionally. No question too small to answer. A throughly enjoyable, non-pressured sale. My son bought the car and is over the moon with it. It is stunning inside & out.
