I have bought some 7 cars from Paul over several years. My wife and my two children havs aiso bouhgt cars from Paul, between us have have bought some 13 cars from him. We hve always found Paul to be most helpfull and he has always found the right car for us, even if it is not currently in stock. Needless to say with having that number of car, there have been some problems but , any issues have been delt with swiftly and no fuss.
