The absolute worst if you have issues

Might be ok if you have zero issues. Absolutely terrible if you do, I'd give 0 stars if I could. My Aunt purchased a car from them in Feb 2024. She bought the car unseen and as such was protected under distance selling rules. This meant she could return the car without needing a reason. The delivery driver harassed her into signing for the car before she was properly able to assess it, and despite assurances that it would have a new MOT, it was delivered without a new MOT, with it having less than 6 months to go (they are RAC approved, which guarantee's a minimum of 6 months). She called the Car City Luton and was coerced into accepting the car, with promises they would still sort the MOT. On inspection, the car was covered in scratches that had not been highlighted on the video walk round and were bad enough that combined with the lack of an MOT meant she decided to return the car. Cue MONTHS of difficulty in getting them to acknowledge the laws on distance selling and eventual discussions of legal action and they eventually agreed to take the car back, with a discount for the collection costs (god forbid they have any inconvenience or expense!), which was a joke as delivery was included in the price and therefore not legally deductible. But at this point we were just ready to be done with them. The car was finally returned in May 2024. We thought that was the end of the horrendous service, but alas! 9 months later, in Feb 2025, we have yet more hassle, as the well established dealers failed to complete the incredibly basic task of registering the new owner. Cue PCN's being received and alerting my Aunt, causing yet more stress and disruption. One call to their office and I was assured they would resolve this. I was foolish enough to trust them at their word, very much my mistake. May 2025 and yet another PCN and confirmation the car is STILL in my Aunts name. So, again I call them and reiterate they need to resolve this and once again I am given false promises of them actually taking responsibility. I was told to WhatsApp them, which I have done several days ago and they can't even be bothered to reply. Congratulations if you've made it to the end of this saga! In conclusion, if you want a guaranteed hassle free experience, even if things don't quite go to plan then AVOID this company at all costs.
