Issues with Paperwork
Dealt with Peter at VV, didn't try to pressure me into anything and were open and honest about be car and any faults. They did however send the V5C to the wrong address. Meaning I had to contact the DVLA to get it rectified. Despite invoicing me to the correct address, the V5 form was filled incorrectly. And then I had to fork out £25 for a new logbook. I did contact them about this via Whatsapp, and sent picture proof. But my messages were ignored and I wasn't even offered an apology. They did put the car through an mot and full service for me, and rushed it through to make sure it was fully ready for me to collect. But it would have been nice for them to at least apologise for the issues they have caused. Rather than say nothing.
