Service Experince BYD Chester

BYD Chester very bad service I had a very unprofessional experience regarding the first service of my BYD Seal U. I had booked the service two weeks in advance and even took time off work as no courtesy car was available. Despite arriving on time, I was only attended to after a 40-minute wait. I requested a call back once the service was completed, but after two hours, I received a call informing me that the service could not be carried out as the required part had not arrived. There was no prior communication about this issue, no apology, and no attempt to rebook the service in advance. This has been extremely disappointing and a waste of my day. I am still waiting for a call back to reschedule the service.
