Dedicated excellent service from your new car sales department, but especially from your colleague Russ eagle, he is a huge credit to your company , he has always gone far and above with his help and advice to us , his customer care is top class , nothing is too much trouble and one example of his help is we bought a new chr plug in hybrid our sixth new Toyota from Jemca Reading , from day one we could not get the plug-in charger to charge the chr , I must add this problem was not Toyotas fault , it turned out to be a mistake in the original hive/British Gas installation, Russ, thru his personal dedication got it remedied, Big thanks to Russ and all at Jemca Toyota Reading, Lita and Pat watts.
