Terrible ethics

So we tested the car in the morning. We had a couple of other's to look at. After looking at all the cars we decided on there focus. I rang them from Bedford to say I would be an hour and that we were buying the car. In that hour they sold it to someone else. I felt this was a massive lack of professionalism and honesty.
