Buying a used car is difficult at the best of times, the sales team were very good at explaining about the car, it's functions etc. However, a few weeks after buying the car it needed to go back to the dealer as the warning appeared on the dash. the salesman that sold me the car contacted me, I informed him that a warning light had appeared on the dash. I got transferred the parts dept, the girl i spoke was was abrupt and spoke to me as though I was stupid. After that the car had to go in yet again with the same fault. The dealership tried to charge me for the parts they replaced when I had a 3 month warrenty. From now on I'm going to a garage where I am spoken to with dignity, respect and value for money.
