I purchased a used vehicle from Arbury Walsall with a Spoticar extended warranty. Delivered damaged which the salesperson eventually agreed to repair after I mentioned speaking to a manager. Within 13 months the vehicle became undrivable due to serious mechanical faults. The aftersales support has been extremely poor, with Arbury unwilling to cover recovery or diagnostics despite clear safety concerns.
