Excellent service

James Marsden and all the team at Skoda gave us above and beyond service. We are 77 and 78 buying our first electric Skoda well that's disaster right there. But James and the Sales team were right there every step of the way. They treated us with great respect which is rare these days, when most of us get the ( there there or Oh!! Bless you) They were patient and kind, James especially taken us through all the technology and apps needed just to get to old people off the forecourt!!! I have to say we love our Skoda Elroq. Please please don't change James the way you and all of the team treat everyone with respect. Thank you again Nigel Sue and Sam
