I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first about purchasing a car from a smaller, family-run dealership. However, my experience with Angus and Ross completely changed my perspective. From the moment I booked in, they made me feel comfortable and …More

Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Great selection of second-hand vehicles that are very well presented. The service I got from Ross was quite exceptional from the first call to driving away my car. Give the big show rooms a wide birth and support this independent business, who clearly go the extra mile for customers.

Response - nobody like a bare face liar, and Raymond Wallace certainly is one. So here is our response to our one star review from Raymond Wallace of Campsie View, Glasgow and our side of the story. Raymond contacted us around a week or so ago about a Mercedes E350 Estate car priced at £14990. He applied for finance with us and was accepted, when we contacted him to let him know, we got nothing back - he had disapeared into the blue yonder....but alas he appeared again a couple of days later to proclaim that he had now got the funds himself from his Bank, and told us that on checking various car sites - ebay, autotrader, car gurus etc, that our car was over priced by £2000. We explained that these companies are merely car selling platforms - they DO NOT SELL CARS, they merely advertise cars for sellers, like exchange and mart do for example, we also stated that this was not true, and cars like our were NOT available for the price he had stated, yes indeed, there were many cars available at the price suggested, but they were lesser models, much higher mileage, no service history models, cars with CAT C, but one thing for sure was - there were no cars at the crazy low price we were offered, our car was priced at £14990, and as we write this on 04/02/2025 there are five similarish cars on Autotrader to ours, the cheapest one being £15990, and the dearest being £16845. So it turns out, that ours is actually the cheapest of its type currently in the market. So, folks, that's why we were given a ONE STAR REVIEW!
So a bit of warning to anyone who comes across our friend Raymond the liar and they very well may, as he drives a coach for avery well known company, I may fill this name in later, depending on how he reacts to our response. We have a fair idea how this will go, as idiots always hide behind a keyboard and cant handle it when they get a bit of their own medicine dished back to them.... We are not very happy about being left a one star review for something like this, as its very unfair at best, and downright nasty at worst (make your own mind up) and the people that know us, know what we are like to deal with, as our many great reviews show.
If Raymond is under some very misguided impression, that any business would enter into any realistic negotiations with such a low ball and insulting "offer" if you could call it that, and when we state the facts of the situation regarding our already low price, then sadly he has a lot to learn.
So Raymond can understand the repercussions of his nasty ways, I wonder how Raymond himself would feel, if his employers were given a ONE STAR REVIEW, by members of the public, who had never used the services of his employer (coach company I will leave blank for time being) by going on to their website, checking out the price of a tour, say its £500 for example, and then calling up coach company and offering £300 for said tour, and when the answer from the coach company was a firm no, could you imagine the nerve and bare faced cheek you would have to then leave a ONE STAR REVIEW! That is exactly what exactly happened to us. We are glad we didn't sell him a car, we only like dealing with nice people here. Good luck to the poor soul he does actually buy a car from.
And finally, the word "guru" was never mentioned in our polite reply to him, we said our "car buyer" only a small thing, but when he put inverted commas round the word, this is another thing that did not happen. A pure fantasist and liar. We can send anyone who wishes to see our response a copy of our reply to him.
Raymond you are a truly horrible person giving us a one star review for this. Karma will bite you in the backside at some point.
Watch this space Raymond.....

Well after being sold an amazing car and being overcharged for taxing the vehicle, I found out it wasn't taxed after all on the .gov website, and being stopped by the police for having no road tax, so after several calls ro the.gov dvla, I was informed under no circumstances can I drive the car legally untill I receive the official v5 document, so a new car and overcharged to allegedly tax it. To find out that we can't drive the car, after several heated conversations with Ross and Angus lugging in. I was given a photo of a bit of paper via whats app to "" prove"" the car was taxed, this will not stand up in any court of law, a whats app tax slip on a bit of A4 anyonevould have printed, then I was overcharged for the privilege £45, this morning 3/05/2025, the car is still untaxed on the .gov website,
The car could have been taxed using the vinyl number on the screen, as the car is was sold never had the v5 or any paperwork with it.....very weird indeed. Why I could of paid £195 on the.gov website and not charged £240 for it not to be charged.
I wrote an amazing review on their Facebook page, saying how we will promote them on all media platforms, no thanks was given, instead, I've been blocked on Facebook, so now oyts time for a more upto date honest review of being overcharged for a car that's not taxed, no Insurance and god knows about their MOT, so ill leave my review here and a few other places as horsepowercars of invernesd have banned me as they know they are in the wrong.
