Terrible customer service
We have had problems for the last few years with car servicing issues etc and have now stopped using this dealership. Having said that we have always bought Audis and generally really like the cars - the nearest alternative dealer is Cardiff which is also Mon Motors so didn’t bother going there based on current Bristol Audi/Mon Motor experience! We did however want to buy a new car and were very keen to look at the Q5. I popped in a week ago just to take some pictures of the dash/boot space etc and not one person even said hello. My husband and I both went in on Saturday last week and spent a good 30 mins in and out of the various new Q5 models in the showroom and again not one person even acknowledged us. We had a pocket full of cash ready to buy a brand new car, which we have now spent on a new BMW X3 - professional dealership, better spec car. Bristol Audi you are doing yourself no favours…
