I have already left my original review on their website. It seems I cannot leave another. A sensor problem appeared, a phone call, a next day time slot given. Key passed over to Mark with an apology from me for being late due to traffic on my route there .. I arrived back..the problem was not covered by warranty but they fixed it ... Well oh my days.. you cannot even give them credit enough for that can you? That's priceless .. They know I will go back and have been sharing how brilliant they are .. I will continue to do so.. Along with my Aunty who was with me on pick up ...she was super impressed..so that's some more free marketing for them .. Thank you Mark and all at Preston ... You are exceptional... Anyone reading any reviews with negativity... Consider this; it takes two sides in every interaction and unless you are there to witness the scenario ...you do not know how it panned out. I give them high praise indeed ... Thank you all 😊
