Appalling service

I purchased a 2023 X7 from bmw hindhead, the vehicle was sold to me as an approved vehicle so I went ahead with confidence and had the car delivered to Manchester. They supplied me a vehicle with tires that had less than 1000 miles life left in them, I’m not getting quotes and being told the tires need replacing as we’ve had some traction issues and it turns out it down to the front tires being extremely low. Please see attached pics, this is the state of the tires after traveling less than 1000 miles and they won’t accept any responsibility, the customer service itself has been non existent and the odd responses I have had (typically 7-10 days for responses) has been nothing less than appealing and bordering pure arrogance, they asked me for clear pics which are damning yet they reply with zero acknowledgment of the pics or the state of the tires and reply with robotic responses such as ‘sorry but there is nothing we can do as it passed the bmw approved car check’ so just be aware that the bar to pass a bmw approved used check is not very high, you could be purchasing a car that will need tires and brakes within a short distance from purchase, just ensure you check over said vehicle to ensure you don’t end up in my position. Not at any stage has anyone picked up the phone to discuss the issue despite me calling a number of times no call was ever returned by the relevant department, for me there non contact speaks volumes, they literally don’t care once they have your money, prior to this they are extremely proactive but once they have your money they don’t care. I am now going to escalate the issue to Bmw uk that oversee all Bmw franchises to put forward my dissatisfaction, I’ve purchased vehicles from much smaller dealer groups and had substantially better service, don’t be fooled by the size of this group, they are big but the after service is non existent so be cautious there are many better supplier of Bmw products out there, Please see attached pics and ask yourself if you would be satisfied with these tires on a 70k purchase and would you be satisfied with having to fork out an extra £1000 almost to replace to almost illegal tires within 1000 miles post purchase? Bmw hindhead seem to think yes this is acceptable, if you value your money and quality of car you drive, I seriously urge you to look elsewhere, these guys do not care one iota. Passed me from pillar to post with different department and managers and sent me on the merry go round to only tell me after 4 weeks they are not willing to do anything, appalling dealership
