Worst After Sales!
Really wish that I could say buying a new car from Sandicliffe had been the enjoyable experience that I was looking for but sadly this was not the case. From the car being covered in white wax residue over all trims and not being clean on collection, to developing a fault as we drove off the forecourt, to the week and a half wait to actually get to drive my new car, to a second fault in less than 30 days and again being without the car id paid for. To be topped off by being completely ignored by the Sales man James Gilbert, who seemed no longer interested now that the deal had been done. After making many many trips back and forth to Loughborough at our cost and spending a lot of time calling and emailing we eventually got the car sorted thanks only to a lovely guy in Service called Josh, who literally was the only person at Sandicliffe who listened, and went above and beyond to try and rectify things for me after being sold a faulty car. Sandicliffe had my car a total of 14 days out of the first 30 days of owning the car which pretty much ruined the 'new car feel' . I won't be buying another car from Sandicliffe and nor will I be recommending Sandicliffe to anyone. Not because of the faults, as I understand that things can happen but to me, it matters how problems that arise are dealt with. So purely because of the poor customer service received and because of the lack of aftersales care from the Sales team, I won't be returning and I would recommend others stay clear.
