Visited this garage in March. Absolutely no pressure sales, happy to let me test drive anything I wanted, and very honest about the PX value of my current car. I bought a car which took a couple of days to prepared and pass MOT. Immediately after collecting, I noticed a noise that wasn't present when I tested the vehicle, so I took it back of them to look at. It took a few weeks to diagnose the problem (Easter bank holidays didn't help) but the guys couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Initial problem fixed, yet another noise developed - took the car back and was offered a refund. Matt and Simon say that they want people to be happy with the cars they purchase, and in my experience that statement is 100% true. They did their best to fix the car's issues but it's understood that there comes a point where the time and money of both parties has to be sensibly considered without any hard feelings. I would absolutely purchase a car from these guys again, highly recommended. No one wants to experience problems with a used car, but if you do, you will be glad you bought it from MDC Autos.
