Perfect Experience seeking specific car

Having shared a family vehicle for 11 years, I was looking to purchase my first car. I had been set on a VW Scirocco R for years, and luckily, a listing for one appeared on AutoTrader at Simpson Motors. Being from Shetland, it was a fair trip to make but Simpson Motors made it as stress-free as possible. They were able to kindly hold the car for me via a deposit until I was able to make the trip down on the ferry to the mainland and view it. Ryan Scobie is a credit to the company. He handled my purchase form start to finish, very friendly from first phonecall to final correspondence. Wealth of knowledge about the vehicle, and kindly gave me a test drive demo as I wasn't at that stage confident with it being my first automatic gearbox experience. He offered me an excellent deal on trade-in of the Ford Fiesta and made sure I understood all the paperwork as a first time buyer. Cannot thank Ryan enough for such a reassuring and friendly experience. Bryan Simpson has built an incredible Dealership down in Dunfermline with an excellent team beside him and I thoroughly recommend Simpson Motors. Such an exciting and varied range of Motors and one of the nicest Dealership showrooms I have seen in person. 10/10 from start to finish. Wish them all well going forward.
