Nearly a month without my car – no repai
I left my car with WJ King Vauxhall Bromley for a warranty repair on 1st April 2025. It is now 26 days later and I have still received no proper update, no estimated completion date, and no courtesy car. Each time I called for information, I was passed between departments with no real answers. Staff kept saying “someone will call you back” — but no one ever did. After nearly a month without my vehicle, I still have no idea when the repair will be completed. This has been the worst aftersales service I have ever experienced from a main dealer.
