Having arranged to purchase a car from them and arrange the mot to be done.the day before I come up for it. He took my name and where I was coming from. Which is about a 2 hour trip up from the south coast. Mot was done as promised, he phoned me early the next morning to check I was coming up to pay and collect. I told him I would be there after lunch. So after my sister agreed to take time off and drive me there. We got there after lunch as I told him. He was not there only another guy was. Who informed me the car was sold this morning. I explained everything to him. So he called the guy who arrange the sale, mot my details. The same guy who had only just spoke to me this morning to confirm everything and arrange time I would be there. While waiting the other guy ask if there was another car I wanted. Which no I didn’t as I had spent lots of time and paid for checks on the car I had come up for. He finally arrived about 15 minutes later. The lady that came in early to look at cars and decided she want the car, I had arranged to buy and was sorted ready for me to collect and pay for. At no time did he think to ask if she was the person who had arranged to purchase the car. She looked at the car, like it and he sold it to her. At know time did he ask her if she was the one that had agreed on buy previously. All we kept getting from him was I’ve made a mistake. He did seem to care about mucking us about. He should put on the car it’s sold subject to collection. The only think he did after much argument about his poor service and not even check it’s the right person purchasing the car. He said he would give us £20 for petrol. Which we just laugh at and said what a insult. So he offered £50.for our petrol. So a very unhappy customer that would never trust or buy anything from them. DO NOT TRUST THEM. No wonder they have such a poor rating reviews.
