Great Service

We wanted to test drive a toyota corolla touring sport so we arranged it online, we recieved a phone call from Olivia a sales representative, she was very polite friendly and professional and seemed very interested in what we where looking. We arranged the test drive. When we arrived at the dealership and was met by Olivia, we had a chat and she was very thorough in finding out what it was we wanted or needed in a car, I have experienced other dealerships who try to steer you towards a certain vehicle but not here. The atmosphere in the dealership was calm and relaxing and we had several drinks while we had our chat. We went for a test drive in a toyota corolla touring sport and it was excellent, we had watched a few youtube reviews and it certainly lived up to them, it was a beautiful ride. We thought Olivia really took an interest in us as people not just customers which was lovely and I think it really helped her understand what car we wanted and why it was important to us, undoing so she and the team managed to fined the perfect car for us first time, the fact that Olivia listened to us and asked the right questions to find out exactly what we wanted but importantly why enabled them to get it right first time. Then it was the deal, obviously the deal came back to high but again Olivia discussed it thoroughly with us and listed to us and went back to her manager and when she came back the deal was acceptable so it was done. Our overall experience of both Olivia and the dealership was excellent, we spent over 3 hours in total but we got exactly what we were looking for, we would highly recommend the dealership as it was a really good experience, and I know there whee some previous negative reviews but that was from several years ago and they now have a ne management team, some of them we met and they to where friendly and very professional, both Safe and Josh.
